Try before you pay

The fairest refund policy is not needing one. Every new customer can test the complete service — all channels, VOD, full quality — free for 24 hours before paying anything. We encourage you to test on the exact device you will actually use.

After purchase

Subscription access is a digital service delivered instantly: your credentials are activated within minutes of payment. Because the service is consumed from the moment of delivery, payments are generally non-refundable once your access has been delivered and verified working.

If something goes wrong on our side

If a technical fault on our side stops the service from working and our support cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will make it right: a replacement line, account credit, or a pro-rated refund for the affected period — whichever fits the situation. No automatic charges
