The service

iProvideTV4U provides subscription access to live television channels and an on-demand library, delivered over the internet to compatible apps and devices. Access is provided through personal credentials sent to you on WhatsApp after ordering.

Your account and credentials

Standard plans include one connection: your credentials are for your personal household use and may not be resold or shared publicly. If you need several simultaneous connections, ask us — multi-connection options exist.

Free trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial of the full service so you can test channels, quality and stability on your own device before paying. Trials are for genuine evaluation; one trial per household.

Payments and renewal

Subscriptions are paid manually for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). We never store your payment details and never charge automatically: when your plan expires, it simply stops until you choose to renew. We remind you before expiry.

Availability

We target 99.9% uptime on our servers, but no streaming service can guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. Short maintenance windows and disruptions outside our control (your internet connection, device issues, upstream outages) can occur. Our 24/7 support exists precisely for these moments.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast or attempt to copy the service, and not to use it for anything unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
